Several of our properties periodically offer a special on certain twelve month leases
where they will pay your security deposit for you. That is better than the "no deposit specials"
that many properties offer, because if you fulfill your lease contract and leave your apartment in
good shape, you will actually receive the security deposit as a refund. The lease must end between April 30th & August 15th to qualify. This offer is subject to passing our credit qualifications. Please stop by a participating property for more details.
