UNIVERSITY COMMONS PHASE III PLANNED
We are pleased to announce plans for the Phase III addition at University Commons. Phase III will consist primarily of 42 one bedroom one bath units as well as 12 additional two bedroom units that will feature the full array of amenities that Phase I & II currently offer. Groundbreaking for Phase III should take place in early 2008 with new units available for lease beginning Summer 2008.
