EMERGENCY/PRIORTY Maintenance Services Include:
- No Electricity
- No Water or plumbing throughout the entire apartment home
- Water flooding into the apartment
- No heat in temperatures below 50 degrees
- No Air Conditioning in temperatures above 80 degrees
- Fire
- Secure access to the apartment has been compromised (i.e. Broken window, door, or lock)
